lefrog I was expecting to see a lesson 09 (there is a lesson 09A, and even a lesson 09 followup), but no lesson 09. I thought it was because of my strength settings, but apprently not.
Am I missing something ?

Darrell Malick Hi Lefrog,

There was a lesson 09, but Guo Juan just recorded another variation to this joseki pattern, so "lesson 09" got renamed "lesson 09 A" and "lesson 09 B" will be published soon once the problem set has gone through the checking process.

I just edited the names slightly so that "lesson 09 A" displays before the followup on the lesson tree.

Good catch!

cook777 Darrell Malick,

I didn’t want to start another thread for this, but the new lecture is a 3-4 joseki but it’s been put in the star point section and is labeled “Star point ‐ Lesson 09 B”

Darrell Malick Yep, thanks for pointing it out. It's fixed now.

cook777 Thanks for moving them. The lectures are not inside the follow-up tab, except for part A.

Darrell Malick Hi Cook777,

A "follow-up" lecture is about what can happen *after* a joseki is completed.

Lesson 09B and 09C and O9D are not a "follow-ups" to lesson 09A, they are variations on the joseki pattern. So the followups you see following 09A are things that might happen *after* that 09A joseki variation is played. Whereas 09B, C and D are variations that can occur after the first 4 moves or so in 09A.

I feel like I'm not explaining this very well. But if you look at the lectures I think you'll make sense of it.
