|quotient||The difficulty ratings for the Step-By-Step lectures jump around a bit, which seems a little odd since presumably they are meant to be watched in order.
Lessons 1-11 are all difficulty 1, lessons 12 A-C are difficulty 3, and lesson 13 A-C are difficulty 4. So far so good. But then the difficulties for lessons 14 A-C are 4, 3, and 6; and the difficulties for lessons 15 A-C are 5, 5, and 1.
It's not a big deal but it is surprising when sorting the lectures by difficulty.
|Darrell Malick||Agreed. Fixed. Thanks!|
|quotient||Thanks for the fix. Here's another one: In the "Typical Mistakes by Guo Juan" series, the "30 to 20 kyu" series is all difficulty 1 except for lesson 02, which is difficulty 3.
As a suggestion, if the difficulty were listed in the "Find Lectures and Problems" table it would be easier to notice and fix these. It would also make it easier to find appropriate lectures since you could just glance at that column instead of adjusting the sliders and refreshing the lecture list.
|Darrell Malick||In the case of "Typical Mistakes", Guo Juan set the levels where she wants them, so I'm reluctant to change them. Not every grouping of lectures is going to be in easy-to-hard order as she often records lectures as she thinks of them rather than via a long-range plan.|
