Plans for allowing us to put up our own personal games?

|CmdrDats||Often I'm doing reviews with people much stronger than me, and there's a couple of key points where I (or my opponent) made key mistakes. I would love to upload SGF's with those points marked out and add those to my spaced repetition learning so that I can maximize the value out of my own reviews.
This is something of particular value now that bots like Leela and Crazy Stone can actually give fairly decent advice (though, I'd still recommend getting the opinion of a stronger player on top of that for that extra oomph).
|Darrell Malick||I've thought about this. There are some pros and cons. I think eventually we'll do it in some form, but not very soon.
One of the BIG features of this website is that you are being taught by Pros, not merely "stronger players." I was in China at a go school and they had pros teaching 6 year olds how to play Go. This seemed very wasteful to me at the time. I asked about it. The answer was - by learning from pros, these kids will not ever have to unlearn things taught to them wrongly. I thought that was fascinating.
|CmdrDats||It's a good point, though in this case I mean for your own private games, for your own review only. So not dilute the waters for everyone else.
Of course, if I could send my SGF's to pro's here for reviewing, that would be super awesome amazing, but I don't think I can do that here? Or am I missing something?
|Darrell Malick||That's called "Private Lessons." :-)|
|CmdrDats||Ye, that's what I thought :) I don't have that kind of cash, so reviews by a stronger player + augmented with discussions via Leela will have to do.. (obviously, including internetgoschool lectures + problems)
Even so, whichever way the review comes, the original idea is to be able to submit what you've learnt from your reviews into the system so that it can form part of your own personal spaced repetition program, so that you can maximize the learnings from your reviews.
If this isn't in your plans, it's ok - I'll have to build something for myself, or maybe use some kind of existing tools like headmagnet (what a pain), but it just would have been nice...
|Darrell Malick||I really have thought about it and discussed it. As I said, probably will get added, but not soon.|
|CmdrDats||Cool, thanks :) I just wanted to make sure that the idea came across correctly :)|
