Lack of numbers frustration.

I have just been repeatedly studying yet another wonderful lecture: Second line moves-lecture1.
As always the lecture is full of useful moves and joseki which I want to practice over and over. I am a slow learner so my practice method is to write them out on paper and practice them until I am sick of the sight of them....;)
However, it is so difficult and time consuming at times when just a few numbers would make all the difference. For example, in this lecture there is a very cool trick move at around 21 minutes which I would love to copy down but I don`t have time right now and it is played really fast. Then there is a great sequence at 30minutes which sifu prefaces with `This is for beginners...` then the sequence is just so fast it would take a long time for me to keep clicking and stopping and starting. Just a few number in these kind of places would multiply the value of these lectures a thousand times, in my opinion,
As always with great gratitude for this site,
