Problem watching lectures.

|TeamLeader||Hello, I just purchased some lectures and would love to watch them but when I do I just get a empty white screen and nothing.
What should I do?

|claude||This is wrong. We don't use https, it doesn't mean that passwords and sensible data are not encrypted. They are, https is not the only way to protect data. This said, it's very easy for us to open an https version of the site if you feel more secure with it.|
|TeamLeader||I am fine using anything, I just want the video lectures to work ☺|
|claude||That is legitimate... Most often it comes from a firewall or antivirus which blocks the connection between the applet and the server. So try once without any antivirus, and if it works, try to tune your antivirus software to allow outbound connections.|
|TeamLeader||I uninstalled my antivirus program and it still doesn't work, just a big blank white screen.|
|TeamLeader||Okay so, I just tried Internet Explorer and it works now. Mozilla Firefox doesn't.
I will use Internet Explorer for this site ☺
