- Cash. You can enclose the appropriate amount in Euros in a registered letter. Send me an e-mail for the destination address.
- If you live in the Netherlands, you can pay by Giro: 526 3923, to the attention of J. Guo, Amsterdam. We only accept Euros. You can check the current exchange rate.
Order form
How to fill in the form: You have to select which lessons you are deciding to follow. You can either choose one or more. You also have to fill in some information about yourself e.g. your name, strength, where you live, etc. between the brackets. You don't have to fill in everything, but the blue coloured bars are required. Your email address needs to be filled in twice, to make sure it is the right address. The method of payment and your timezone are also required. When you are done, click on the "Submit" button below.
